The ‘Buniyaad’ project implemented by the support of Find Your Feet (FYF) by Sarathi Development Foundation (SDF) initiated in July ’09, in the district of Fatehpur. The project aims to prevent migration of kiln workers and involving both women and men in livelihood generation through enhanced opportunities of alternate source of income for improved life processes. Key strategies adopted under this project include promotion of  women self help groups, volunteers and   community based organizations for community empowerment and advocacy for their entitlements, alternative livelihood sources and sustainable agriculture practices and convergence with government service providers.
