Capacity Building of community level institutions, civil society organizations, PRIs and service providers on village planning, SHG promotion and linkages, entrepreneurship development, behaviour change communication, documentation, child rights, leadership development, organizational development and resource mobilization has been conducted from time to time SDF has gained practical experience in designing and implementing need based capacity building packages to build capacities of community level institutions, NGOs, bankers and government departments. Uniqueness of our capacity building and training strategies lies in unification of conceptual orientation, field demonstration & model creation and conduction of training in phased manner. It links training intervention with grassroots level issues and facilitates sequential learning among facilitators to address those issues.
